Extend your NAHA Montreal experience with an optional post-conference trip to Quebec City, one of North America’s most historic and vibrant cities. This weekend is all about great food, local culture, nightlife, and hanging out with fellow hostel folks. Hosted at HI Quebec City, it’s a laid-back, social extension of the conference and honestly just a really fun way to wrap up the week.​

 

The Plans:

We’ll depart mid-morning on Friday, May 1 from M Hostel in Montréal and head north on a scenic drive through rural Québec. We’ll stop for lunch at a traditional sugar shack (aka a maple farm), with a classic family-style Québécois meal. That evening, we’ve got a drag cabaret dinner and show planned, with optional dance parties or pub crawls afterward if you want to keep the night going.

On Saturday, we’ll have breakfast at the hostel, then head out for a guided walking tour of Old Québec. Later, we’ll ride a cable car to see the icy Montmorency Falls. That evening, we’ll regroup for a poutine buffet and game night, and then the rest of the night is yours.

What’s included:

• Group transportation between Montréal and Québec City (we'll drop off at Montreal Airport around 1 pm Sunday)

• Two nights of dorm accommodation at HI Quebec City with daily breakfast

• Sugar shack tour and meal

**Return shuttle will dropoff at YUL airport or the city center around 1pm on Sunday. Please plan flights accordingly if you are flying out that day.
